Hot Flash PJ’s

I just got back from another incredible women’s conference, this time in Boston, Mass, on December 11th. Everyone was interested in my pjs thanks to the big pink signs that say HOT FLASH PAJAMAS I hang over the back of the booth. What is that? everyone asks. Even the forklift operators came over to check out our booth. Women from upstairs in the rooms overlooking the huge Boston Convention Center said they saw our signs from overhead and had to come downstairs to check us out. Some gals reported that we were the talk of the conference because no one had ever heard of hot flash pjs. We had another record day in sales, something we are most grateful for in this market environment. Thanks to my husband Richard and daughter Julianna, who flew out to Boston with me to help me at this event. When it was over, we got to enjoy the fabulous city and the great clam chowdah served everywhere.

I just got back from the most incredible conference arround, the Annual California Women’s Conference hosted by First Lady of California, Maria Schriver. Over 14,000 women from all over the country converged on the Long Beach Convention Center on October 21 and 22 to listen to top notch speakers, movie stars, politicians, authors, philanthropists, millionaires, cooks, musicians and activists. There were first class exhibits throughout the exhibit hall including of course Hot Flash Pajamas. This was our second year back at the conference and we had a banner day. Women swarmed into our booth and bought tons of PJS. Those that bought on Tuesday night came back with their friends on Wednesday morning to get more PJs after sleeping so well the night before. It’s so nice to get affirmations from your customers about the pajamas. It is very rewarding. To top it off, we were interivewed by two different local TV stations and were featured on the 11PM news Tuesday night on channel 9 in Los Angeles and again on Friday morning in Palm Springs. We look forward to next year conference.
